not really lived up to the hype, if he had any say in their transfer policy then he has huge question marks on that, also don't think they really played as good football as made out. Wilson, Fraser clearly checked out when they sniffed moves of bigger clubs and the acquisitions haven't strengthened them, and he had no answer to the slide. Not sure that he isn't just a better Gary Monk. Probably gets the England job after next summer though.

I quite like the bloke but have to say all his best work has been at Bournemouth. Didn't tear any trees up at Burnley. Went back to Bournemouth and admittedly over achieved up until this season. Hope he finds the right fit next time.
