Yeah agree regarding Grealish pass % it’s around 85 while Gundogan is around 89 but in a better team he will improve especially Under Pep at 24 he will be a good buy for no more that 60m

Grealish had good numbers at Villa as he was more or less only good attacker they had. If he joins us he would just be a Navas type player at best. We should stay away from him.

Would be genuinely surprised if Grealish is a target. Pep and co seem very big on character, humility etc in their targets and all evidence points to Grealish being an absolute throbber.

Where he struggles he is a little like Milner not quite good enough to make any position his own
That said I prefer him on the wing over Mahrez and he could get some of David Silva minutes next year with Foden

Not convinced on Grealish. Very versatile though and based on the names linked can't help but think Pep sees the team becoming more fluid to improve. He is a player that can play wide left or right or in the middle.

I just don't know if he will be able to handle being in a better team rather than being the main man. Would have liked to see him in an England shirt more to see if he can hack it.
