She absolutely has tried to distance herself.

But there are many, many rumours that the Trump camp are considering it, enough for quite a few write-ups about it in the media, hence I shared. And knowing her past work, there’s not that much evidence she wouldn’t jump at the chance to be heir to the “throne”.

FWIW, though, I don’t think they’ll do it — they still need the “evangelicals” and dropping Pence would cause a rift.

Regarding the saying, I’ve actually heard both “all hat, no cattle” and “all hat, no cowboy”, mostly from people from Texas.

You have to question the provenance of everything you see on the internet. This could be another 'umbrella man' (the guy in Minneapolis who had links to white supremacist groups smashing windows to blame Dem protesters ).

It really could be anyone posting this, and I wouldn't be surprised was posted by a RW group to give Trump an excuse to crack a few LW radical skulls.
