Champions League Quarter Final Games 12-15th August

Messi is bigger then the club. Hes the biggest Problem Barcelona have right now.

He decides the Coaches and transfers . Because of him Suarez and the old Timers always seems to play and have huge contracts( Griezmann is on 900k a week and Suarez ,Busquets,Pique,Alba on 500k)

and first one that list is messi / am not saying he is finished as a player, but he is finished at barcelona as the main man and the team has to change, a move for messi would be right he needs to go to another club and just fit it and play football without any chains on his shoulders

Easy to say after yet another shit show last night by them but their transfer policy is their biggest problem not having one of the greatest players ever on the decline. They needed to get legs around Messi so he could become a playmaker where he’d probably still be the best in the world. Instead they’ve signed so many players who can’t run. Griezmann, Coutininho , the kid from Ajax all for massive money that were never going to workout as they’d be in Messi’s shadow. That’s not his fault that he’s far superior to all of them especially as a play maker. They’ve been linked with Bernado who’d be another awful signing as again he has pace.

Didn’t expect that score line mate obviously but expected Bayern to batter them. I’d been hoping we’d draw Barca for months because as a side they are now as bad as the score line suggests. Bayern are obviously very good but also very beatable. If they leave the space they left Barca (if we make it) against us we’d bag 5 ourselves. I can’t stress how bad they also defended last night.

So set up for a fantastic game on Wednesday. Please turn up tonight though blues!

Bayern were very good but Barca were disgraceful. Downed tools after about half an hour. Make no mistake if we beat Lyon tonight it'll be tough against Bayern.

However Bayern played with an incredibly high line, something we can definitely exploit and create chances, we just need to be ruthless. Barca scored 2 and could of scored a couple more and they were absolutely shit
 
Well Bayern totally ran the show last night. A very strong fast side, passing with accuracy who pressed all the game. They will be hard to beat if we can beat Lyon tonight.

Just watching the BT highlight on You Tube. Should we beat Lyon the Munich tie looks like it'll be another Monaco type match.

Possibly!! The Barca Midfield just let Bayern go straight through them. No fight at all, and Semedo played like a right back still pissed from the night before from a Sunday pub team.

No way will we play that bad. We really could do with Fernandinho playing as DM but then who plays CB with Laporte?

Going forward Kev, Sterling, Jesus will have a field day with that back line

I think it's a one game at a time mentality is required, because if anybody thinks tonight's game is a foregone conclusion they're wrong. Dembele will cause you problems and needs your defence on point.

As for Bayern, they are a step up again and as we saw last night, they are formidable and I would keep away from how shit Barca were narrative, they were smashed. I must admit I felt a bit sad that a glorious era seemed to have died. But. That's football.
Defensively Barca couldnt cope and that will be City's big issue also. Bayern arent as good defensively either, so you can hurt them too.

But, as I said, all conjecture about how you will fare against them is for tomorrow. One eye on Bayern could easily end in watching Lyon take them on.

Watch Dembelle. That's all I am.saying. and of course beat the cunts as it does us a favour in CL seedings. Which would be nice. Good luck.

Stones, should be the damned CB, Fernie is not a good CB, I'm sorry he just isn't, he is or was a world class DM on the downgrade probably but still more than capable in that position, not CB in an important game as this.

Pep is a failure if he doesn't win champions league. If we don't win it this year we are trophy less. Liverpool and Klopp far better because Pep has spent far more than anyone else etc.

I really don't need to be paying to hear this while I'm watching Bayern v Barca.
