Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

If confirmed, this will be without doubt the best signing our club will make this year..!

The guy is the best in the business and it speaks volumes that he wants to remain our manager..

His achievements in his short time with us have been nothing short of phenomenal and will stand the test of time..

100 points in a single season..
Back to back titles..
Clean sweep of domestic trophies..
Regularly European Leagues' top goal scorers..
Style of play, copied by many, bettered by few..
Smashed in over 100 league goals this season..!

Yes, we lost 9 league games, got beat by Arsenal in the cup and fcuked up against Lyon but what a privilege it has been to see what he's done with the team I have supported all my life since he's been with us..

You can't win everything all the time but fcuk me, we'll be there or thereabouts..!

However, it's becoming clearer by the day that we are not only playing the opposition teams but the referees, assistants and VAR, as well as copping for a sack full of negative crap from all forms of the media every time we run over the white line..

We are good, we are a threat to the establishment, we are not rolling over for anyone, we are not going to go away, we are the team of the decade..!

Our current manager has worked hard to cement our position within the game..

He's the man to take us forward..

Make no mistake, he's a class act that EVERY club Chairman would sell their granny for to get him signed up to manage their team..!


That in itself tells you all you need to know about our manager, Pep Guardiola..
 
All he has to do in the champions league is play our game it’s that simple . If we go out there and play and move like we do then we will be very hard to stop . The problem is when pep starts to tinker and have stupid ideas which backfire . If he signs an extension it’s good news but he needs to understand that certain things need to change such as derby games being took very very seriously and we definitely need a plan b aswell. That formation tbh was a disgrace on Saturday it should never be used again .

Don’t personally think we’ll win the CL with him but I won’t be sneering at 3 more years of scintillating domestic success. Let’s give him the players he needs to reproduce the football of the last few years. Then we can shithouse our way to a CL under Kompany in the 23/24 season!

The ones in favor to win domestic silverware with title main prize, vote for Pep to stay.
The ones in favor for beautiful football and creating so many chances we will always end up the most scoring team, vote for Pep to stay.

The ones that wanna win the chimps league like Chelsea did and don’t care about style of play or how we manage, vote for anyone other than Pep.

It’s stupid to state Pep cannot win CL.

He will win it if here another 3 years, however I’m not sure this extension is true

If pep does sign a further two years,it’s these cnuts and the rest of the media ( tv and newspapers) who’ll be wailing and whining that they were hoping he’d be off either end of this season or next at most ..

It's really not that simple, if it was we'd all be football managers. We still lost six games over the course of two seasons getting 198 points, shit happens. In the Champions League you only need to lose one game in the knockout rounds and you're out. Sometimes the tactical changes work (e.g. Trafford in the League Cup with no striker), sometimes they don't, some people looked at that as a defensive move and yet we were 3-0 in the first half if memory serves me right.
 
Really hope the news of a two year extension is true, I for one can't fucking wait to see what Pep has up his sleeve for the next cycle. If it's half as good as the first team he built we're in for a few more exciting years. Just please bring back the pace and energy to the team.
