I once worked for a guy (about 10 years ago now) who fully ruptured his bicep tendon trying to catch a motorbike (no kidding). He had it tied up in his garage whilst he was welding the exhausts, and the rope holding it to the beam slipped. His first instinct was to catch it, and whilst he was a big, strong guy his bicep tendon was no match for the falling bike.

It took 4 hours of surgery and a year to recover, but he could never fully straighten his arm due to the shortening of his tendon, despite a graft. Given that you say you've only partially ruptured it you should be in with a fighting chance of a fairly good recovery.

Thanks mate. I am worried about it. Nit sure if they are going to operate yet, appointment with specialist next Wednesday. All depends on how partially gone it is I suppose. Didnt seem to be any sense of urgency from the Dr who did the ultra sound scan but I wouldnt deacribe her as helpful or approachable.

It's a dumb move (one in a long line of dumb moves) on his part, as it basically destroys one of his avenues of attack on his opponents, but Presidents have free speech too
 
You get the impression with some people that there's a desperate search for equivalence between anything the Dems do with what Trump does on a daily basis, in order that they can say "they're all as bad as each other" and justify their support for him, whilst publicly saying they don't like the way he behaves.

It's the EXACT opposite of what actually happened. Palin was a f*cking loon. McCain deserved better as a VP pick, but the selection process was flawed. McCain would have made a decent President with the right team around him. Sadly it never happened for him.
 
This picture is from a few years ago but is it tyipcal for Presidents to take pictures like this i.e being worshiped?

They are all praying together - in each of their heads they are reciting the Lords Prayer. In Trumps head its " M.I.C.K.E.Y. M.O.U.S.E.....Mickey Mouse, Mickey Mouse, come along and sing the song and join the jamboree "

Normal behaviour if you are Kim Jong Un, not the President of the United States of America.

Purely a photo opportunity to show how much he's loved and to 'prove' he's not racist. You just know he's dying inside with those hands on his shoulders.

Maybe he should take the Putin route, change the constitution, rig more elections and there he's given himself another 8 years.
