Certainly trying to live up to your username with a post like that.

Seriously though, I’m not sure most people “welcome” people opposing their view anyway do they? People might claim that, but I’d actually think mostly people, whatever their age, really take more pleasure in seeing others agree with and confirm their views.
It human nature.

Someone out there are winning champions league and playing the CL finals. We are here being happy reading the rumors of players coming. My lord i can't get past our CL exit. It hurts when this tournament is played last. We lose a big game and have 4/5 weeks to play another game. Its like this to me. I wonder what is going on with players. I fear next season will be affected by this result. As debruyne said- Different season same result. Even Zinchenko gave some hints players are affected by the result. Why wouldn't they ? after all they are all youngsters. 20 to 30 years most of them.
The pity thing is we are winning every individual battle in the game and at the last the second team wins. It like one student playing whole year and passing the exam. The other student studying whole year and failing.
If the players, manager and owner were not hurt by not only the Lyon result but finishing 18 points behind Liverpool there is something wrong.

A lot of people with things to prove this season, wounded pride and all.

And despite Bayerns horrible reputation, they always get there men, at reasonable cost, and win the titles!
They do it by continually courting players through the media and encouraging them to run their contracts down, the ultimate classless cartel club. Didn’t they even get Lewandowski for free by getting him to run his contract down with Dortmund? The snidest club in Europe, not an easy title to win

Completely agree, but as said they get what they want and are serial winners.

We do things by the book and are despised.

If you can't beat them, join them!

Having watched the UCL Cup Final last night, I can say with great authority that Mbappé, Lewandowski and Neymar are shit footballers.

And yes, I did watch the whole game.

Only the people that post regular shite on here are the ones fitting of that label since they don't welcome anyone opposing their view, I can understand tho, this is probably aged care central where old City fans can talk nonsense unopposed, so my bad.
So, let me get this straight. Old people on here with the wrong opinion (specifically any opinion that doesn’t match yours) are talking shite and don’t appreciate you pointing it out, because you are correct? Yet they are intolerant somehow?

Isn’t there a Twitter echo chamber missing you?

Hate to say it but that couple of important saves from Neuer mostly with his feet 2-3x times, Ederson might have let them in ...

We simply wouldn’t get away with it, different rules for different clubs. Corruption works well for the cartel clubs, and I can’t see us being in the cartel any time soon

Won't get away with what?

Our reputation is crap as it is, we have nothing to lose.

As a club we are a huge attraction to a vast majority of players, we are now an elite club whatever the cartel clubs want you to believe.

Take advantage of that, use all the tricks available to get the players required and on our terms.

We are far too nice as a club, we need to be more ruthless, especially now in the times of covid economics.

We are cash rich! Wonderful time to be a buyer in this market.

it struck me last night just how slow we are compared to bayern as well mate? Plus the way Thiago controls their midfield is a joy to watch!
For a team that has spent absolutely shitloads on players, our squad compared to Bayern's looks incredibly poor, yes I know they've spent shitloads as well before anyone starts, but they've bought top quality. I think only Kev would get in their starting eleven, we've some catching up to do .

I think we're sometimes scared of what other people will think if we go on another big spending spree. Our owners seem desperate to be liked.

I think we are stuck somewhere in the middle ground but do spend a lot on players. My love for Pep Guardiola is immense but there is one thing about the way Pep teams work is they need very specific kind of players. Hence the overall money spend on transfers are huge.
I still feel our scouting leads a little bad taste in the mouth because we seem to get more wrong than right in the transfer window. The cartel clubs have both the overwhelming influence on all footballing matters as well the power to bully other clubs.
The Bayern win is celebrated as a win for football but they are as despicable as they get in terms of football clubs. I may not like PSG one bit but the decision of the club to put one of their own on the high table is going to lay dividends as they also become part of the Cartel which initially wanted to fuck PSG all over.
Power begets power. Either desecrate them or join them. They hate us anyway!

Only one game mate lol. Neymar never convinces me saying that, never seen him have a great game, the other two though are top drawer, you'd have them at city in a heartbeat.

They will never be liked, never be accepted.

That's a unfortunate fact, but there satisfaction will be seeing the titles mount up.

Exactly, but it won't bother Bayern one not.
It doesn't, they played all the dirty tricks with Sane, yes they were out of order, yes appalling behaviour.

But guess what, Leroy Sane is a bayern Munich player, signed for a comparatively modest fee, and one of Bayern's Euro rivals, us, are weaker because of it.

Garrrry Cook, much maligned, but always did what was best for Manchester City and often at the expense of our rivals, to be doing that is an outstanding job.

To me, Garrrry was a far better operator in the market than Tixki and Ferran.
