What do you mean they haven't paid ? PSG is still paying for them. Reason why we are playing a CB in midfield (Marquinhos) and another CB at right back (Kehrer). Reason why we are letting Thiago Silva go (high wages).

Recently, our most reliable sources said we are abandoning Milinkovic-Savic who was Leonardo target because he is too expensive for us.

As long as we don't make good sale or extend Neymar or Mbappé (we would be saving a loooot of money for FFP amortization), we are short on money.
 
Honestly, this would be up there with the day the takeover happened as the most exciting single, not on the field, thing to happen that I can recall tbh. Don't think people truly realise how good he is, I'd love to see him in a City shirt and in the Premier League, even if it was only for a few years. I'll be gutted if he leaves Barca and it's not to us tbh
 
Do everything possible to get him. I think there are only you and PSG who could possibly do a deal for him and you should have the advantage with Pep.

Be amazing to see him in the PL, plus it would see some Liverpool fans loose their heads - 2 birds, 1 stone and all that.

Torres has achieved nothing and most of us would know very little about him had he not signed for us. Sterling is one of the best forwards in the world. Let's slow down.
