The Sun worded their report carefully. They refer to reports without verifying they are true. Standard way of making headlines without verifying a story.
My point was simply that it wasn't the bbc reporting anything, they just copied it in their gossip column, that's what a gossip column is about.

It's why we have a transfer forum here, it's mostly all "gossip", until the player is signed and sealed.

EXPIRING AGREEMENTS (CONTRACTS) AND NEW AGREEMENTS
FIFA say that while dates are written in contracts (usually July 1 to June 30) it is recognised that those dates are there to reflect a season. They state that this is 'the true intention of all parties' when the contracts are drawn up.

FIFA's proposal is: Expiring contracts should be extended until the new date of the end of the season. New contracts should be pushed back to the new start date of the new season.

Don’t know if these proposals required agreement from individual clubs or agreement is implied by membership of football associations or if indeed FIFA have any jurisdiction over contracts.

Didn't sergio change it in 2019?
Unless he's changed it over the last 2 days it's old news but the mail seem to have gone spuds deep over it.

Poor old chippy the beaver swanson on sky sports having to report the bullshit story about FIFA getting involved, he always gets made to look a cock.

Sky sports are hurting real bad at the moment, they will be sick as fuck if Messi comes.
Surely sky sports wants him in the premier league. Especially as it’s their product

Well I read the Sun report as it was the first link in their gossip page and it turned out to be a report about a report.

I thought the job of moderators and contributors was to filter news from gossip and extract value from it for other blues. Weighing up the pros and cons is normally how you learn what's of value and what isn't.

Err no, the job of a moderator is to deal with the shite, and it doesn't prevent us commenting in posts, good or shite.
