There is f*ck all political about protesting the disproportionate levels of violence inflicted on black people by law enforcement officers.

The fact that many of these officers turn to be RW Trump supporting thugs is purely incidental.

From what I have seen as of late (and perhaps I have missed more critical coverage), BBC News generally continues to cover Trump and co favourably, so it doesn’t surprise they aren’t calling the spokesman out for the insanity.

I don't know the first thing about her. That said, Pence isn't a vote winner, she is. I cannot see any benefit for the Trump Cult to put pence up V her - Pence will have to defend the Cult's record and it's pretty much indefensible. Trump has the front to lie through it Pence doesn't have enough personal or political capital to get away with it
