Wonder why fifa has not confirmed the exact end of the season date or if it was just the end of the season
Apparently (as in I don't know for sure), Messi/Messi's legal team got the green light from UEFA and FIFA with the whole when does the season end malarkey prior to him sending in the burofax.

If that's true it'd be enough for me whether FIFA make a public statement or not.

We must be close to getting him as sky sports are running the yellow ticker tape about utd being close to signing someone.

And as we know sky sports always seem to like to steal our thunder with headlines about the red mardarses.

I'm calling it being very on with Messi.

The 9pm running order
Sky sources - Van de Burk Blah blah
Lyon women win the netball or summat
A fresh twist on Messi - release contract bollocks

love it

Predictable. We're talking about money, something Tebas covets more than anything
Yup and it will affect Madrid to an extent also. Messi is La Liga's biggest cash cow. Can you imagine what negotiations for televising rights with companies would be without him? It's like the PGA tour with Tiger Woods when he was in his pomp. Without either of them viewership goes down and with the pandemic La Liga won't get nearly as much money. It's very much in Tebas' interest to side with Barca.

Nope he didn’t pull it out of his ass. Report close to the operation and as published in Marca in Spain. He will cost Manchester City 750 million euros.
5 seasons ( 3 @ City, 2 @ NYC ) with a gross salary of 100 million per year

250 million as a sign on bonus to be executed when he joins NYC to avoid issues with the financial fair play.

This would obviously be the arrangement if we gets to leave Barcelona for free.

Utter madness. I have a hard time believe FIFA would not have something to say.
Heard the Shiekh's selling Abu Dhabi to the rags to fund Messi's wages

You know it’s getting serious when these two clubs start stroking each other’s testicles.
