So they’ve indirectly admitted the clause, as we all knew it, existed without the release clause;

they’ve chosen to misunderstand it, why would he not be able to play for anyone for a year, particularly if they’re not paying him? What kind of crazy ass bullshit is that

Absolutely crazy from Barcelona, their position is seemingly getting weaker and weaker every day. It’s beautiful

Couldn’t agree more. I know part of it was being younger, but turning a better team over, unexpectedly, was a joy to behold. I got my lad his first ST in 2008 4/5 months before the takeover and, whilst he knows all about the club pre 2008 and I have explained what it was like to be a city fan in the 30 years previous, I suspect he’ll never come out of a game with ‘that feeling‘ after being absolutely battered for 90 minutes, having 1 shot and winning 1-0!!

I genuinely never realized he was trying to be ITK he’s so slow and offers so little insight I thought he was just reporting his understanding of situations we all know about.
