Kalidou Koulibaly

The 'Messi' of defenders? Wow. I don't know if you are being serious or on the wind up?

KK belongs to the top shelf of central defenders in world football, along with Van Dijk. I thought this was common knowledge.
Upamecano would’ve been an interesting choice but he’s not going anywhere this window and we need someone asap.
Skriniar is not as good as KK, neither is Dias or Pau Torres. KK is our best bet, by far.

If the rags are in just walk away
Let them pay £90 million Sanchez style
Skriniar or Kounde would be much better value....
Fuck the rag bastards!

Absolutely none. Just that some transfers have this same charade.
We aren't selling.
We'll only pay so much.
Team selling wants more.
Team buying won't go above certain amount.
Other clubs are interested.
Player is off to another club.
Player signs for City.

It's like pantomime season.

How often has that happened? I’d say there’s more examples of these transfers where it gets to this point and the player goes elsewhere? City normally do their business relatively quickly. Any that don’t run as smooth tend to go tits up...

KDB's transfer went on for EVER, don't you remember? The click bait brigade had him signing for Hyde United by the end of it. Ignore them.

Put our offer on the table with a time scale, stick to it and if it does not come off fuck em. Their history of fucking clubs about is well known. I have faith in City and our strategy. Personally i would have walked a long time ago than deal with these tossers.

Either we’re not in for this guy at all, just feeding media some bullshit in our pursuit for another player, or this is one tough negotiation. I don’t know what to believe yet. For every day passing by, we lose time to complete the transfers of Otamendi, Stones, Angelino and Zinchenko. It’s getting harder everyday to complete every in’s and out’s. Txiki said this window would be tough and I feel we haven’t moved much since we got eliminated in the UCL.

Not very often, similar thing happened with KDB, it was on and off, and yes you're right saying many of our transfers have gone up the swanny, it just sounds like a bit of posturing from the Napoli president.

Wish the window was open until October, bet we could do some seals if that was the case..
