city are starting to look like fools chasing somebody at 33 and willing to pay £100 million just to sign him never mind his wages ? if he comes for free then that's a different story and i can understand the chase but time is just about up for me on this

for all the raises our profile ? we are not signing 2012 messi here and from what i seen of the break down over 5 years 3 at city its crazy money and no guarantees other than shirt sales and image rights

am 100% want messi but this is dragging on and on, the more we have to wait the more the money side of it sounds crazy and will it be worth it long term

So meeting is ongoing at Jorge Messi's home right now according to Gary Cotterill. Maybe that's why the car was there to pick up Bartomeu but they aren't done yet.

I dont really understand where this notion of dragging "on and on" is stemming from. This saga has only lasted us a week where the wheels have really started turning... The season starts in a month and a signing of this magnitude was never going to be a quick one.
