Whatever happens all of this will be a distant memory once the season starts. Mostly press bollocks anyway.
If he comes to City people will understand why, if he stays at Barca he'll be forgiven mid announcement.

The problem being possibly the reports that this was already part paid over the course of his contract. Does Messi owe them money...?

The bookies know fuck all.

The odds are initially placed on the balance of probability then shift based on where the punters lump their money.

They have absolutely no knowledge or inside information on transfers.

Bookies main driving forces are to follow the money. the more people put in one pot effects the odds.

The president gets arrested gives him the option to stay and blame him for everything or he comes to City blaming him for forcing him out.
 
Sky bet has him staying at Barca at 2/7 or they think there is a 77% chance he will stay,
they have him joining us at 5/2 or 28.6% chance of joining us, so don't think the odds are that bad, but a few big bets can change that

we were favs to win the title last season.
 
Suarez has been for breakfast.... hopefully Messi has covered his skin... never known a transfer saga revolve around food so much
