Also the challenges were not exactly over the top. Yellows were a bit soft, Scapegoat needed. Concentrate on city, he has been a good signing even if he does have the odd brain fart.

Kyle Walker let himself down — but why was he in the team in the first place?
Trent Alexander-Arnold might have been a better option at right back — and Walker may never play for England again

I totally understand why manyoo fans wore Argentina shirts after Beckham got sent off. I fucking hate internationals. Little Englanders who support Colchester with their St George banners, little Englander journalists acting all haughty and serious, that stupid fucking band who play the great escape, eternal failure, vilification of players who play for the team every one hates, being let down time and time again.

Haven't watched England properly since world cup 2014, I've seen 10 minutes here 5 minutes there but in the main haven't bothered and it feels great.

Kyle Walker has become the new scapegoat for the press.

When John Stones gets back they’ll be slaughtering him.

Meanwhile, a pissed up, lying, violent thug who attacked & attempted to bribe foreign police will be accepted back without question.

Southgate is a spineless **** & the press always have been.
 
Worst game of football I've seen in a long time!!! Even went to make tea during 2nd half as bored shitless. The usual red shirt media hammering City players. Foden wasn't Messi but did ok on debut. Thing is he plays alongside world class players at City but has to plod along with Ward-Prowse, Rice and Dier with England. Why is no-one having a go at Sancho, the so-called wonderkid worth over £100m and saviour of the Rags who made no impression on the game at all. Kane was 2 yards short. Rice would be better playing RU and Dier is aptly named. Walker is better off jacking it in and concentrating on keeping his place at City.

I thought Walker was the best player on the pitch till he was sent off. The first tackle was never a booking and the second one was just slightly mistimed. Total bollocks in the media as usual.. I thought Sancho was shit...but apparently he was great according to the commentary team. I don't think he completed a single cross.

I can understand why most of England travelling fans are from the lower leagues its because England play at that level. Apart from Phil's Citys team mates non of England squad would makes Citys squad. Playing for England in a step down from playing for City. Why cant the press/media see that ? Its because he plays for City.
Abit like when you played for your saturday side and mid week had to play for your shitty school team lol as a kid
