Not bringing in an energetic midfielder to help replace/rotate Fernandinho will be our undoing.

Last season we looked vulnerable when he was moved to defence. We looked slow as hell without him against Lyon. Against Leicester the team fell apart as soon as he was substituted.

I don't know what Pep, Txiki, etc, are seeing that I'm not?
We have this stance that we look after our players. Vinny, David Silva, Kun, Fern, Yaya, Zab, all club legends, mostly allowed to leave on their own terms when they decide it is best for them to leave. This puts us in a difficult situation when the players hang on for just one more season, thinking they still have a contribution to make. The club needs to be more ruthless in handling these situations.

We now have a midfield that includes Rodri, Fern and Gundogan. All good players in their day, but all have no pace or energy, so when two of them combine, we become very easy to play against.

Gundogan looks likely to be another that we will be lumbered with until his contract expires. These players should have been replaced with fresh, young, energetic players, but they remain, preventing us from properly rebuilding.

The club can continue in this method of looking after faithful servants, but in doing so, it must also reconcile itself to short bursts of success, rather than sustained domination.

Alaba would be great because he could move onside as a second midfielder alongside say Rodri like Delph would do when he was left back. Thus he gets to play central midfield and left back

Alaba wanted to be one of the highest paid players at Bayern to sign an extention, how much wages would he ask for

Yes we are briefing info about new LB still this window, but all depending on Zinch going? Strange relation.

Bit like we only signed Ruben Dias once Tosin Adarabiyo future is sorted not before that or not at all unless Tosin is sorted...

This from a bayern fan but this is what hes asking for Alaba "Depending on the source he's asking for a package of 115-125m on a 5 year contract"

Wow look at the replies...all bayern fans happy to get rid of him.

They do have davies already tbf
