Welcome Ruben Dias!

You must be very naïve or stupid if you can't read between the lines, everyone knows how the dailymail subtly implies certain things, its like when they ran the article on Tosin and the house he got for his mother.
Sorry am I missing something? What exactly it the implication behind having a popstar girlfriend...? I'm failing to see how mentioning her career in an article about his life is at all comparable to racial biases in reporting

Looks like a leader, despite his tender years.

But "could you instantly become the next Vinnie plus Zaba rolled into one, and make our shambolic defence iron-tight overnight" ... is asking quite a lot of him ... a lot of pressure !

Fingers very much crossed.

Hopefully this now settles Bernardo a little more too as he has a fellow team member and fellow countryman to keep him company. Think thats why the racism thing affected him so badly as the victim was his friend. Though we know it was nonsense it still affected him like it would anyone. There was a lot of rumours of him feeling homesick so hopefully we see a better happier Bernardo now too. Anyway, WELCOME TO GODS OWN RUBEN DIAS!

I thought he was Argentinian??

Delighted to see us finally get our man. Sounds like he’ll fit in. Annoying that he took 3, 4 is a proper centre back number and it’s available. Is this the club’s way of saying we’re abolishing left back?

It's a way to throw unnecessary media attention his way, trying to unsettle him and his girlfriend, its also a way to continue their "big money club with star players" narrative. Its not about racial biased reporting in this particular case but there is some subtle attempt to unsettle the player right after he signed for city.

I was a big fan of Danilo. Primarily because he was loving it on the sides lines everytime we scored.
I loved Danilo too lol was actually kind of gutted when he left, I was just making a little joke about the shirt number since a lot of people thought he'd take the #4

We don’t appear to be utilising that role though due to the 4-2-3-1 we’ve started the season with.
I’d be surprised if we didn’t see it at times this season, we used Delphi there in 17/18 18/19 Seasons when we played the best football the league has ever seen. Could help shore us up a bit at the back too, Ake inverted will offer more protection than an advanced Ben Mendy with his head on a swivel Wondering where the balls gone only to realise it’s too late and he’ll jog back half grinning.
This would allow us to revert to 4-3-3 and won’t leave Rodri so open in the middle. I’m really worried about this after Vardys interview post match Sunday. For him to come out and say that was their plan means others will try it.
Even goin 4-2-3-1 he could do it, as teams are flooding the midfield an inverted LB means we’re less likely to see Rodri over run. Far too easy to get by him unfortunately. But at least it’s looking like we have some options. Here’s hoping Diaz can bring some of the things we’re lacking at the moment. A tighter defence and more energy in front of them will also help. Let’s hope Bernardo can come back and find his form cos we’re missing his work rate and guile

You must be very paranoid or stupid if you're reading a smear in that headline.

It praises Diaz comparing him to Vinnie and throws in some boring WAG shite for female readers.

Get a grip you loon.

He certainly has a presence. If I get that feeling off of a video he will certainly have that from opposition on the pitch.
