The question is, what are the government going to do about it? Fining people £10k who haven’t got a pot to piss in isn’t a great idea, finding ways to keep people in, might work better.
Passing tracing details on to the police will just make people not go for a test and that seems a bit pointless. Mind you, if less go for a test, there will be less positives and they can claim their tier system is working.
