Living situation advice

Good morning Mooners! My housemate has gone and fallen in love with someone, like to sickening levels. There is an additional catch, she lives 2000 miles away, and isn't qualified to live where we do, she told him she loved him after about 5 days and wants to plan the future with him, he is googo gagga and has been talking about marriage, after one month. I am seriously suspicious about her! Anyway, apparently she can be here for 90 out of 180 days, and it sounds like that is her game plan. He wants her to move into our place. He is a good mate, but I am not ok with this at all, she is annoying as hell and has imo a massive agenda. How would you handle it?
 
I'd be honest and say you don't want to be a third wheel in your own flat. It's not like they live together now and have asked you to move in with them. Just say living with a couple is a different dynamic and you don't want to. If they decide to get their own place, that's up to them.

When I shared a flat with one of my mates he started seeing this girl. She had her own place, but fell out with her flatmates and used to spend most nights round at ours. Our lease was coming to an end so I couldn't be arsed rocking the boat by saying how much it pissed me off, but it did. Not to mention she didn't contribute anything towards bills and I used to have to get up early just to avoid her hogging the bathroom in the mornings. If it had gone on much longer I would have said something, I did try and make some not so subtle hints but people can be pretty self absorbed when it's comes to stuff like this. Do what's best for you, you'll regret it otherwise.
 
The joys of housesharing. If it is going to seriously affect you I think you should speak to your mate and explain your feelings, you may end up falling out but you shouldnt be on eggshells in your own home.
Who is named on the lease if rented and does it say anything about others moving in? If so try telling your mate only 2 ppl allowed to live there.
 
This is a classic foreign girl needs passport situation. If she comes over here she will refuse to leave. Within 12 months you will be seen in the news as the Border Force smash your door in, arrest you and then you'll be banged upon in pokey for harbouring an illegal and Big Dave will be rogering you rotten in the shower.

I tried to warn him this, he told me after one week they’d looked in to her moving here, I said who suggested this he said they both did at the same time, yeah right! She’s very convincing though. I could absolutely do without the drama that will inevitably follow

At least you will be able to tell him 'I told you so' when you cant get rid of her and there is a bunny boiling on the stove.
 
OP Tell your mate to be careful, my sorry tale should be a warning to your flatmate.
I started chatting to a girl on here, she is/was a Thai Blue. PM's led to WattsApp messages, hell she was gorgeous, and one thing led to another.
She told me she loved me within weeks and I must admit I was falling for her more than a Rag for a penalty.
She knew I was married but said it would work between us and when she came over we could start a new life. I told my wife and children and basically, (obviously) the shit hit the fan. My wife took the house and most of the cash and my children refused to speak to me.
With what little I had left I bought a small terrace and paid for her Visa and air fare.
When I met her at the airport I knew it was all worth it as she was stunning. That first night in bed I got the surprise of my life when I found out she had a bigger dick than me but I I was so much in love I thought what the hell.
After a few weeks my bank balance was nil and by the time her UK passport arrived she had put me in so much debt I had to sell the house.
She is now with some other bloke down south.
Me ? I am in what estate agents call a studio flat but in reality is a basement bedsit in a damp Victorian house. No money no family no prospects.

I'm far from a jealous person but I don't like playing third wheel. I do it out of respect for the friend but it's awkward as hell when it's a couple and you. I'd rather four of us with Ms Peoffrey too.

I used to go to Jilly's Rock World with my friend and his fiancee most weekends. He was awful to her sometimes and she'd say things like "If I wasn't with him then I'd be with you in a heartbeat." She'd often have her tits pressed up against my arm at the time.

No chance would I live with a couple. I just couldn't.
 
Welcome her with open arms then on the first night slip rohypnol in both of their drinks.
You then bring out the animals you stole from the local petting zoo and take lots of pictures in compromising positions.
After showing said pics you either get a compliant new housemate who does what she’s told or get the house to yourself.
Win win.
