Bennacer is the only clear choice for me to replace Fernandinho. I had hopes we would sign him this summer. He is so perfect for a bit more defensive-minded role in midfield, a bit more steel which we really need.

As for leftback or striker, I really wouldn’t know. If Walker continues like this, Cancelo will have a hard time claiming the right back spot, so I think Pep will play him more at leftback, along with Aké. Maybe we’re actually covered at LB, I don’t know.

Replacing Agüero... that’s just impossible. For me only Mbappe would do, but that would never happen.

The only thing Ward-Prowse can do is take free kicks, without that he is honestly Cleverly level as a midfielder.

Grealish would be a good signing, think a lot who were slating him a couple of months ago when he was linked as a possible transfer have changed their tune.
