We are now meeting for a walk along the beach tomorrow instead of him visiting

They're not. City ladies play tomorrow at home.
 
Lots I know have it now. Upto 20 people across family and work. Only one been really poorly to the extent has to go to hospital.

going to see my dad for only the 4th time this year tommorow and having a 2 metre chat. I might be breaking the rules a bit I dont know but I can live with that. Won’t touch or go too close and will be outdoors.

This. It’s a piece of piss booking a test these days. I went for a Covid test on Wednesday afternoon and was impressed with how quick and easy the process was. I’m due back in work next week and have developed a niggly dry cough. Have had it loads of times before this virus came on the scene so didn’t think anything of it (as I didn’t feel unwell and had no other symptoms) until I was speaking to my boss on the phone Weds morning and he suggested I might want to get a test. Went through the Govt website and booked a test for 1.30-2.00pm Weds afternoon at the new Belle Vue speedway stadium. Was expecting a queue but I was the only one there when I turned up (someone arrived after me I think). They’ve got these makeshift tents up which are partitioned off into separate booths. Was in and out within about 10 minutes and results sent to me by text message and e-mail in the early hours of the next morning. Negative thankfully.
 
Apologies, I should have been clearer about the WSL. But I was just a bit peeved at the distinction made between how the two leagues could operate. And it still seems unfair to differentiate.

Seems I am not alone as some players are complaining too.
 
Bugger. Just had notification that I've been in close contact with someone who has tested positive. Booked a test for tomorrow but looks like I'm going to be digging out football manager again for the next couple of weeks.
 
My dads knee operation has been cancelled again, was due in august and rescheduled for next Thursday at this rate they won’t have to bother soon!

I know 6 now, al over the last 2 weeks. 1 in critical condition right now. 1 was close to going into hospital but managed with out.
 
Restrictions everywhere yet fucking pricks can let explosives off.

This second spike is weird, well the whole shit show is unfathomable but it's getting worse for cases where I work since the stricter rules on wearing masks/face coverings.Viral load perhaps?
 
Thought those passenger locator forms were checked on arrival into the UK? Straight through the airport today with barely a mention. Another waste of resources?
