It's 48-49.

The projections show Alaska is seriously up for grabs based on the expected ratio of democrat/republican mail in ballots.

Georgia will be a massive battle, but the bookies are favouring Democrats last I looked. History suggests people are a lot more likely to turn out to win back control of the senate than to keep hold of it.
Okay, we'll see.

If the GOP keeps the senate with McConnell in charge, Biden's getting nothing done.

Nada.

When does it get resolved?

Now we need the GOP to decide between Trump and the will of the people
I imagine the ones that have been reelected into their cushy jobs will welcome the opportunity to not deal with his bullshit, tbh. All of the noise at the moment seems to be from people who a destined to go down with him.

So he’s going to end 4-5 points up and have 300 plus seats.

Who said the polls were wrong again?

Odd how commentators, usually RW, went in hard on the pollsters before millions of postal votes had been counted. Okay, they got the predictions wrong in terms of Florida and Texas but they got the overall result right and the margin of victory.

Also helps that McConnell and Lyndsey are or certainly were close friends of Biden. It certainly can’t hurt at any rate.

The two Georgia senator battles go to a run off in January. Expect the democrats to show up for that, the campaigning in Georgia for democrats has been phenomenal in large part due to Stacey Abrams. They'll probably tie it up with Vice-president elect Harris having the final say.

Absolute scenes if the Republicans lose senate control too!

Plus if you believe the amount of votes that went missing because of the USPS they (Florida & Texas) might have been a lot closer. A lot of mail ins never arrived in Florida and I have a feeling that'll be investigated when Biden takes office, Florida would have been a lot closer.
