COVID-19 — Coronavirus

I live in Cheadle village and passed through Handforth yesterday . The Wagon and Horses is literally right on the old Cheshire border and was busy. I am about 2 miles maximum from here.

That got me thinking a bit so I did a bit of research on my own . I have a very old friend of mine who lives in Muswell Hill , a pretty affluent suburb of North London who told me how the pubs and restaurants are dealing with the move out of lockdown to tier 2. To my surprise it turns out their infection rates are well up on SK8 so that got me thinking some more . I work in construction ( amongst other sectors)of cinemas and have worked extensively all over London so I googled postcodes in Chelsea , Hampstead , Crystal Palace and Esher places of an equal and above standing to London as we are to Manchester. And guess what , only Chelsea has a lower infection rate than Cheadle.

Now I’m fuckin pissed right off.

I have my Daughters 21st next week followed by sons 18th 4 days later and then Christmas.

I am not going to be a complete twat about this but I’m travelling over the 2 Mile border.

Fucking sort it Mary Robinson .

Infection rates were not the only consideration for setting tiers.

London still continues to have less hospitalisations and deaths by population.

As for Tier 2, don't get too excited. It's marginally less shit.

I am more focused on my family staying healthy than sitting in a restaurant or boozer.

Watch USA Covid figures tomorrow i.e. what they announce Tuesday night for Monday. I predict 250k new cases per day.

But a positive for you: Dr Scott Gottlieb, Former FDA Chief and Pfizer board member reported to have said, "As we get into probably February and certainly into March, I think you're likely to see the virus largely collapse."

That would be some result.

I think it is mutating - some of the lads at work, fit young kids in their 20s have been floored by it and still weak after several days after.

All sorts of issues - itchy skin, sore toes, tight chest and temperatures off the scale at 40 degrees! Crazy.
Since having Covid (6weeks ago) I'm still shattered in the evening, getting better now. My symptoms were crashing headache, brain fog, loss of appetite, cough and just a general run down feeling, was tired all the time. Itchy skin can be difficult to diagnose, many causes but not heard of it regards Covid.

Of the people I know (7 so far) everyone from ages late 40's to early 60's recovered but the length of illness was around 2 weeks, wish you all the best.

Yeah but your track record of "thinking" about Covid-19 hasn't exactly been very good has it.

I do agree but do not forget we have been under 9 weeks of tougher restrictions before the 2nd lockdown.

Well, well, well. Beth Rigby (trollop), Kay Burley and 6 other sky colleagues met up in 2 different restaurants for dinner in a tier 2 area which breaks restrictions as they aren't from the same household. This is after months of stalking those who have broken the rules calling for resignations.

I wonder if they will now do the decent thing and resign?

"one rule for you, another rule for them" as Beth Rigby (trollop) famously put.

Are you Victorian dad?

Nope, I am just highlighting something called hypocrisy. Quite shameful that they have spent the pandemic telling the UK public to follow restrictions. They also spent months hounding Cummings, screaming for his resignation for breaching restrictions.

Many businesses had to closed because wankers kept mixing and plenty of people haven't seen friends or family for several months. Not sure why the rule should be different for sky news presenters..

And then went back to hers.

Love it!!

Second person to receive vaccine: William Shakespeare

As we have been reporting, 90-year-old Margaret Keenan was the first person in the UK to receive the Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine, outside medical trials.
Now, the BBC's health editor, Hugh Pym, is reporting the second person to receive the jab happens to be called William Shakespeare - and is from Warwickshire.
Of course, the playwright and poet William Shakespeare was born and died in Stratford-upon-Avon - also in Warwickshire.

Burley is a fucking piece of shit. She should have been sacked when she informed shoppers in North Wales live on Sky News that 5 year old April Jones had been murdered.
