Happy with the team apart from Garcia, but he's paid to play so he should be professional and get on with it and do his job.

He needs a plan B if the Barca deal goes cold, and if he doesn't pull his finger out he could be without a contract.
 
would have saved walker for weekend but an interesting side....
great to see Ake back -id hope he would play vs utd with his pace

Really decent side. Only Walker, Mahrez and Gundog that I’m slightly surprised about as I reckon they will start on Saturday. Although they’ve all had some rest recently.

A lot of players getting much needed minutes such as Aymeric, Ake, Fern and Bernardo.

I like the cut of Pep’s jib for tonight, I think he’ll be looking for one or two to force their way into his thoughts for the weekend. Hopefully we get a strong performance and scope to give some of the young lads a good 20-30 minute run out.

Zero excuse for players like Mahrez and Gundogan to be playing - they are two of our core first team players and get plenty of minutes.

Perfect opportunity for Doyle and Palmer to be playing in their place.

A shame Doyle at least is not starting. I had him and Palmer both starting. Really strange not to see either.
 
Garcia should not be in front of lads who want to be here, and I hope Palmer and Doyle get a run out in the 2nd half.
