Return of Supporters

Any ideas as to where in the ground the seats will be available? Would be good if they were at one end - spacing allowing - to generate a bit of an atmosphere.
East stand level 1 and north east /south east corners.

Season ticket holder but i assume i have no chance due to location.Would not apply though in any case but surely there are more like me who should not travel due to this.
I would imagine there will be more season ticket holders who could not attend at this moment than could.

Just done the same with my FB pics. Was one of the friendliest places I've ever visited and definitely want to return to see more of Croatia when its safe to do so.
But it was fucking Freezing in the ground, but we had a really friendly warm bar near where we stayed not far from the ground

people should note that if your successful in this ballot, if it goes ahead you will then be excluded from future game ballots until everyone who wants to attend has had the chance so select your games carefully

Where does it say that? Not saying you're wrong but I can't see that stated anywhere

“Supporters who were offered the opportunity to purchase a ticket via the ‘priority pot’ and supporters who were able to purchase a ticket via the ‘reserve pot’, will only be offered another opportunity to buy a ticket, at such time as all supporters who wish to attend a reduced capacity match have had the opportunity to do so.”

Fair do's

Suppose that's fair enough... just a gamble and pot luck as to if you end up with a glamour match

Which is kind of contradicted later by :

2019/20 Seasoncard holders and existing Cityzens Matchday members can enter as many of the available match ballots as they wish. Entering the ballot, does not guarantee that the ballot will be drawn.

I do hope that does not backfire, as if you’re potentially only allowed to attend one match, games such as Brighton midweek and Brum in the cup look pretty unappealing, particularly with the possible matches in Feb/early March.

There is a danger people will keep their powder dry. Seeing the criteria, Ive gone from desperately hoping I get a Newcastle ticket to not bothering to enter the ballot.

That's not what I thought we discussed with the club. They were OK with people entering as many ballots as they want but they said they may exclude someone who's been lucky in a few consecutive games.
Think you can enter as many ballots as you want ...

"2019/20 Seasoncard holders and existing Cityzens Matchday members can enter as many of the available match ballots as they wish. Entering the ballot, does not guarantee that the ballot will be drawn"

But this …

“Supporters who were offered the opportunity to purchase a ticket via the ‘priority pot’ and supporters who were able to purchase a ticket via the ‘reserve pot’, will only be offered another opportunity to buy a ticket, at such time as all supporters who wish to attend a reduced capacity match have had the opportunity to do so.”

means that if you've been successful previously you will only be considered again once everybody who wants to attend has been offered a chance to attend a game

Timing is key to that. If you are unsuccessful for the priority pot you shouldn't be sanctioned for refusing a ticket by being put in a reserve pot and being offered a ticket a later stage if there are no strict timescales. As there could be multiple reserve pots and sales windows, you want to know what you are doing a week or less before the game.

The Google Pay or Apple Wallet thing, WTF? It says you can have a print at home ticket but need to scan a QR code for track and trace. For this you need some fancy moblie phone, but if the club ID you, know who you are, and you scan in, why force fans to buy a mobile phone to scan - unless you can pretend and it is a token gesture like most track an track in the hospitality sector?

Not sure why you can't apply in 3 or 4 people household groups, it decrease the chance of spreading COVID as fewer households will attend, and a bit tight on the odd numbers if on is left out.

That's how I read it, although if you were offered a ticket via the 'priority pot' and had to turn it down then you're snookered until everyone else has had a shot.

So who is going to enter the ballot for Brighton midweek, Birmingham cup, knowing a great chance of ending up
In the priority pot, when fixtures such as a Champs lge blockbuster, City v Spurs and the derby is around the corner?

I think this could backfire.

I just want to see City to be honest, not fussed who we're playing
