No but I am happy we’re now defensively solid and that’s down to Pep. It’s not perfect no but at least we’re changing it up a bit, something fans like you were crying about not to long ago.are you happy with pep and his shit selections... ie mahrez, sterling, walker????? plus garcia ....

KDB has been a bit off all season. No one seems willing to accept this. I prefer playing FOden and Bernado and pressing the opponent. When we started KDB, Rodri and Fern we were saying have the ball at the back and take your time and they did.Don't agree with any of that.

Look at the table, this is not a 100 points season. In years gone by winning your home games and drawing away at rivals gave you the title. Unless Liverpool wake up, we're on course to challenge again.United is a top side and they beat us 3 times last season but at some point we have to beat the other title challengers. Had it been the last game of the season and we needed to win I think he would have been more adventurous but I don't think he wanted to risk recent gains. We lost at Spurs after risking too much and we couldn't afford that today.Wrong team selection again by Pep
City are looking stronger overall. We need to put together 2-3 unbeaten runs.
This may not be the free-wheeling City we are used to but all the same I think we are back in business. Utd caused us a lot of problems last season. Apart from an off-side move all they had was set-pieces and much as you don't like Utd, you must admit that they have the capacity to counter-attack at pace which used to be our achilles heel.

I think the reasons why we missed him were tied into the reasons he didn't play. Pep wanted solidity and protection against counters. You get that with Fernandinho and Rodri. I like Gundogan a lot more than most and he's become scrappier in defence these days but he's not on the level of the other two (especially Fernandinho) on the defensive fronts.Missed Gundogan tonight
I reckon if Pep wanted us to play our normal game, Gundogan would have been a starter.
For a more controversial opinion, I believe we missed Mendy too. At least in hindsight.

Was an awful game to watch and certainly wasn't the City we've been used to . But from Peps point of view maybe he was pissed off getting mugged by inferior so called top teams . We've been battering teams and getting beat because we missed bags of easy chances . So until Kun returns and maybe get Haarland signed up for next season , this is how it its going to be against the so called top teams .

Considering our midweek game was a nothingburger and Utd had to go all out our energy and desire was appalling. Worst derby in recent years both teams lucky there were no fans there to bollock them.

Thought we were poor but at least stood firm at the back. Couldn't play it through the middle and were second best too often. Was happy with a draw at the end.

Scum's position is false. They have been outrageously helped by refs (which of course could continue) but they also havent visited any of the other top teams.So we have to agree then that United, Chelsea and Leicester are also on course to challenge.
