Not sure , he said 530,000 at hand, I took that to mean in place ready to use on Monday. Not the total available and ready to roll out from wherever it’s made and stored to the vaccination centres. I could be wrong though it wasn’t very clear from his answer.

this tier system isnt working i have been in tier 4 now weeks and apart from the pubs etc and clothes shops nothing has really changed. The roads are just as busy, people still dont wear masks, the high streets are still busy even with most shops closed. Going to the hospital today if i didnt know there was a pandemic i wouldnt have known, the traffic was just like any pre-pandemic day. Only meant to be out when shopping, work or hospitals etc so many people out food shopping today loads !
