Could we , think our biggest profit is about £10 mill.Now we have had what will be a full season without fans so expecting a fairly big loss. Same for everyone is an advantage though. Not saying we won’t pay a big fee for Haaland, hope we do but breaking even is still a consideration.

If it's FFP UEFA will have to move the goalposts for the next 2 seasons at least I'd think, or a lot of clubs across Europe will struggle. Bigger your stadium, bigger the revenue loss

1) If Haaland signed I'd be delighted.


2) Possible word of warning. Mahrez isn't a player that really fits the way we play. He's got a lot of pages of people letting us know it. But despite all that he's actually a very talented footballer, who regularly comes 2nd only to De Bruyne in the entire league for creativity (at least statistically). It doesn't look like it when you watch him, but he does provide a lot of chances for our other players. My point is that any striker that we sign that's not a perfect fit for us, at least with Guardiola, is running the risk of being the same as Mahrez. Statistically great in a specific way, but maybe not what's best for the team. I think Haaland is a strong enough goalscorer to negate the issue, but I think we need to be aware of it. Same with any other player we're linked with.

We won’t be signing him simple. His agent is the issue for us and others, if that changed then things would be different.

If anyone spouts you about us dealing with this excuse of an agent anyway - it’s a failed CB prospect who will be sold or leaving when we get a decent price for him so irrelevant.

We can dream, but he needs to change his agent before city make that leap.
