The whole event was treated differently. It’ll come out in the wash, but already it seems obvious that the POTUS is the one with the ultimate say on security, whether the National Guard should have been there or not etc.
But whether at chief of police or local policing level, there was, if not collusion then, a much higher degree of tolerance or a down right softly softly approach shown.

It’s duplicitous how authority treats different elements of society in America and it has been exposed over the last year to the world.
They have had a big problem over there for decades, hell no - centuries, but it has been clearly exposed just how big a problem it is.

Never mind the GOP. I think the Dems have an unbelievable problem on their hands that has to be addressed. But how?
