Congratulations on becoming our President. You have just begun a fantastic chapter in your life.
Very few have had the honor of knowing the responsibility you now feel. Very few know the excitement of the moment and the challenges you will face.
There will be trying moments. The critics will rage. Your “friends” will disappoint you. But, you will have an Almighty God to comfort you, a family who loves you, and a country that is pulling for you, including me. No matter what comes, you will be inspired by the character and compassion of the people you now lead.

You're assuming the 48 will vote the same way...Its pretty small numbers. 67 out of 100 required, it was 48/52 last time. So 19 of the 52 to flip and he is out.

Yeah, I wasn't being remotely serious.Yes - Ted Cruz is in there and he has no spine so anything could happen with him. But beyond that the 48 is solid. Of the 52, that includes the 2 from Georgia who just lost theor seats - Mosow Mitch and others that have broken with Trump. Lots of reasons to not piss of the base but also if they do convict I think that piuts him out of contention for 2024 so that would work well for many and the party in general. In fact it could be the only opportunity to take him out.
