He has to be held accountable for the riot and trying to pressure the georgia state officials into throwing the votes in his favour , he cant just walk away from this . There are different rallies being planned before the 20th and even on that day , the FBI are rounding the fuckers up now, if he calls them to arms he will lose more money and maybe get criminal charges

Melania Trump has said she is "disappointed" and "disheartened" by the Capitol riot last week - before adding it is "shameful" she has since been the target of "salacious gossip" and "personal attacks".

The first lady made the remarks in a statement on Monday as she said "this time is solely about healing our country" and should not be used for "personal gain".

It is unclear which personal attacks the wife of the outgoing US president is referring to.

However, former friend and adviser Stephanie Winston Wolkoff has criticised the first lady for her "silence and inactions" since the riot.

Ms Wolkoff, who has written a book about her friendship with Mrs Trump, also wrote in an article in the Daily Beast that the president and first lady "lack character" and have "no moral compass

Pretty much how I see it. The bloke is just over a week away from being a nobody. I was impressed with the way they just quietly rounded up the qanon idiots from the other night without creating martyrs.

He has lost a shit load of support and his brand is now toxic beyond any doubt, many private companies were happy to turn a blind eye to the worst of him and his base but this has pushed them over the line. The removal of his twitter account is the tip of an iceberg. He needs people and companies to enable what he does and there are not many left. What good is a rabid base with no Twitter, Facebook or Parler to communicate. Even if he could get the message out he can't raise money if pay pal and similar organisations refuse to touch him. His operation has been dismantled from the outside. He could have transitioned to a very effective media / grift operation. That must be of the table now.

Its also pretty clear that lots of detail is yet to emerge, white supremacist / domestic terrorists are going to end up in trials and in jail. There will be many links to Trump - some people very close to him may also end up in jail. there is at least 6 months of terrible PR to come before you even start with the crimes that were already on the slate.

Reps have a choice to make. They either act against him or they double down.
