Thought it warranted its own thread to give it a bit of reach.

Cheltenham’s supporters group have set up a crowdfunder where you can book virtual tickets for £10. It’s been confirmed by club directors that the club receive the money, so no concerns there.

A HUGE thanks to all who are are supporting this. League 2 is tricky this year and all are looking forward to your visit, as a spotlight in the gloom. Pity you can't come down in person, Good luck for the season (but not the cup) :)
Like most lower league clubs , that are well run, a small amount goes a long way!

Please support this if you can. In normal times, this match would be a great money spinner for the club, but the gate money would be at least as much as the TV money. I serve with David Beesley who has already posted on this thread, as part of the Trust board. Your support is appreciated

Have bought a ticket. I live in Cheltenham and would have loved to see City playing at Whaddon Road.

I have seen a few Cheltenham games over the years but will want them to lose this one.

Done. Great idea.

Done!!
Even if only 4,000 of us donate, it will make a huge difference DIRECTLY to their club funds.

This is a really nice idea - would have been even better if Cheltenham recorded who'd bought virtual tickets and rewarded them with actual tickets at some point in the future (when it's safe to attend games again). This would be a new ground for me. I would have loved to have gone down for the weekend.
