Possibly West Ham, technically in the top 6 right now. I read that signing a striker was part of their decision making when loaning Lingard and why it got delayed, however the way I read it was it was one or the other, maybe they managed to get a better loan deal.

The Lingard loan was held up by them already having Benrahma on loan from Brentford. When he signed permanently, Lingard could then be loaned in.
