Yet more good news
The BBC will be days late again - they reported on the 10 o'clock news nearly 2000 more than the number I posted here this time yesterday as 'the latest figures' which they were not.
And nobody noticed we went below 30,000 patients in the UK yesterday. Though we did\
We are well under now.
England as of today 24, 402 in hospital - down 932 in 24 hours and down 4957 on last Friday when it was 29, 359.
3974 in the other three nations so UK total is 28, 376.
You'll definitely get 2 on Sunday and Monday, these headline figures do that every week.
The number to look at is "date by death", not this media headline number, the 28th Jan was the last day over 1000, unless there are some late addons, but for the 29th to exceed 1000, it will take 37 addons, so I would think it unlikely.
Excellent news, I wonder why this is reported so poorly ? Is it to purely to try and offset optimism/non compliance ?England hospital data:

It kicks in slowly, but they suggest 3 weeks before your first house party ;-)Is it another two weeks before the protection kicks in?
In the past seven days there have been 31,775 second doses and 3,079,863 first doses given out - total number 3,111,638. A staggering effort IMO.
I think the bbc just enjoy giving the most pessimistic news possible, they'll barely reference the Sunday and Monday totals, then headline Tuesdays, when it doubles from Monday. It's noticeable that the BBC describe it correctly as reported deaths.
I'm only 54 but I've got underlying health problems,Great news. What age group are you in mate?

Not sure how to read that one Gaylord.Hopefully they'll come for me, soon.
I'm nearly 57 with underlying wealth issues.
I'm only 54 but I've got underlying health problems,
got a text from my GPs with my invitation and a link that took me to an appointment page, there was only 3 appointments left.
And that my friend is pure quality, love is the best thing in the world & if the last 12 months hasn't brought families, friends together then nothing will.My folks are booked in for their jabs at half eight Sunday morning.
Just told my little girl and she started crying with happiness.
Brought a lump to my throat.
Hasnt hugged them for a year and says it will be the highlight of her year when she can do so in the next few weeks, hopefully.
Jesus, I might even hug my dad and that's not something we've done for probably 40-odd years, he's a bit old school like that.
When he saw me suffering from the window last month he genuinely looked shaken and teary.
Roll on this year!
First time I hugged my dad was when we won the league in 2012, aged 42 and 70 respectively, and we’ve done it every time we’ve met since. It’s never too late to start mate!My folks are booked in for their jabs at half eight Sunday morning.

My parents had theirs a couple of weeks ago roughly, coming to mine on Sunday to watch the match and first time they’ll have seen my lad for a long time due to him working and avoiding them. Certain things feel like we’re getting slowly back to normal....My folks are booked in for their jabs at half eight Sunday morning.
