The 1937/38 season takes significant issue with this post.

So explain this.
Dias is first to get to the long through ball. He plays it against Salah and it rebounds goal side. Salah gets in front of Dias, and then Salah pushes (or tries to push) Dias away with his right arm. Only then does Dias put his hand on Salah's arm, which is outstretched. if you don't believe this is what happened, watch the replay again more carefully.
Why is that initial push by Salah not a free kick?
If the push by Salah on Dias isn't a free kick, why is the pull on Salah a penalty?
And if a free kick should have been awarded against Salah, how can it be a penalty?
Because it was a push by SalahSo explain this.

Because it was in the area, and Salah went to ground dramaticallyIf the push by Salah on Dias isn't a free kick, why is the pull on Salah a penalty?

what a complete and utter dickhead francois the beef truly is.

The other parts of your post are full off ifs, buts and whataboutery. Nothing tangible to examine. No,not at all, just pointing out that it's the fact we are scoring quite a few more, and have even missed 3 pens in the meantime.
No arguments regarding the other parts of my post then eh ? Thought not
Listen as good as you have been, the titles are all that matters here,so don't kid yourself or fellow Liverpool fans that the draw was on.you were spanked 4-1,and are becoming quite frankly the most embarrassing defending champions there's ever been,Burnley and Brighton have seen to that as well as Villa putting fucking SEVEN up you,so really you should be hiding in a dark room dreaming of 2051 when you might next win the league
Thing is Danny(this is your life) Murphy keeps going on about isolation,Liverpool was in tier 2 while every fucker else was in lockdown.Haha Danny not got fucking owned with them stats from Jordan.
You say not a 4-1 but we missed a penalty and had a stones goal ruled out by centimetres. To be honest, until your second goal it was a very even match that could have gone either way. Both teams should have had a goal extra ie the penalty and Mane’s header and were set to finish with the squib I predicted. But you can’t legislate for goalie errors like that nor does it make him completely fallible overnight. You lot know as well as anybody that ball playing goalkeepers are prone to howlers. Case in point, it only took Ederson a few minutes to boot it straight to Mane where we should have done a lot more to capitalise. Or giving the ball straight to Salah for his goal the other year. But the good outweighs the bad considerably with these sort of lads. They’re better than their contemporaries for a reason.
I said last week that either side could make a real statement victory although I didn’t think it was likely. Don’t think even Pep thinks it was a 4-1 game but that’s how footy pans out sometimes. It’ll be tough to retain the title now but we’ve still got the CL and plenty of players to come back or return to their usual role. But Sunday was a great example of a team high on confidence & a heavy winning streak taking their chances when they had to. No complaints here, that’s football.

And just remind me; how many points did you finish behind the champions last year? Who was the last team to finish runner up eighteen points behind the winners the season after triumphing? This season will never ever be used as any kind of barometer as to where teams are up to, far too many aggravating factors in play.
In short, whilst you’ll probably win the league this year, this season won’t define you or anybody else indeed. But as to Sunday’s game, where were you before the second goal? Same as us, fancying about hoping for a lapse in concentration. You got that and capitalised, no doubt, but don’t pretend you’ve throughly spanked us because it’s simply not true.
4-1 defeat at home is a spanking mate... no matter what time the goals were scored or how. Remind me how many shots you had after your dubious penalty. The other parts of your post are full off ifs, buts and whataboutery. Nothing tangible to examine.

But we also missed a simple chance and other than errors by the goalkeeper, you gave him very, very little to do. The scoreline is what it is but it doesn’t reflect the general tone and flow of the game at all. Again, that’s football sometimes. You say not a 4-1 but we missed a penalty and had a stones goal ruled out by centimetres.

I'd describe it as less than likely...You don't honestly believe that could happen in this current climate though ?
Okay, mate, if you say so.Know how many goal attempts you had after your penalty?
None. Not one. Zip. That's getting on for a third of the game without you fashioning a chance. In the same period we had the ball in the net four times, should have had a penalty, and dominated possession.
Say it's not a spanking all you like. The truth is you had your arses handed to you. Hard to take, maybe, but that's what happened.
I'd describe it as less than likely...
You got fucking tonked. My dipper supporting mate text me after to say, "you gave us a footballing lesson today".But we also missed a simple chance and other than errors by the goalkeeper, you gave him very, very little to do. Okay, mate, if you say so.
Not sure if u should fob2rawk. Or stay here and keep us amused. Ever heard the phrase - sometimes it's better to say nothing. EtcOkay, mate, if you say so.
Erm, you were all about the ifs and buts. I’ve referenced you directly there. And no title win is hollow, believe me. I’ve seen plenty of them. You have said the phrase I was dying for you to come out with, full of if's and but's.absolutely perfect, nice one
So like I said originally,be thankful it finished 4 when it could easily have been 6
And talking of barometers, neither will last season's hollow title win,in front of no fans will ever be remembered, don't forget that, but you probably won't count that as being hollow, only this season will be because you'll be nowhere near,a sight that football fans around the country will cherish.
