Blimey, I mean gosh, no seriously blimey, I mean bloomin eck. Just out of curiosity are you a fat pear shaped , smelly cellar dweller wearing clothes that haven't been washed in a month? Only asking.
Sorry, pal, svelte & well clad here.

It absolutely should, not least because it’s a wank argument. To draw an equivalence between Heysel and Hillsborough - and especially Munich - is utterly preposterous.

Hillsborough was a tragedy that was principally caused by the gross negligence of a public agency failing in its duty to protect the pubic.

Heysel was a tragedy caused by the reckless (at best) truculence of a set of football supporters.

In terms of root cause, culpability and present levels of contrition from those that caused each tragedy, they are worlds apart.
I disagree.

Using any tragedy to insult an entire fanbase and community is wrong.

Funny how things turn. With their slump and weak defence of the title comes pressure. Brazil and McCoist putting the boot in now asking if Salah and Mane are happy at the club and if they'll be sold. They don't get on apparently.
There is no way this kind of talk would have been aired this time last year.

Sam Lee pointed out on his podcast with Mooney that the Liverpool fans can never accept being beaten. This 4-1 doesn't count because Alisson had cold feet. The 5-0 doesn't count because Mané kicked Ederson in the face. The 4-0 didn't count because they'd won the league.

They always have an excuse to try and pretend they didn't get twatted.
What was their excuse for the 7-2 tonking they received at Villa this season?

Grealish had too much gel in his hair?
The grass was too long?
Van Dijk was injured?(hang on a minute....)

It was never a 4-0 game or whatever in a million years. You can tell yourself all you want that it was but the fact is that up until your second goal, it could have gone either way. It’s not like both keepers were busy or scrambling. It was a fairly cagey game for the most part with neither side anywhere near full tilt. And of course it was a penalty, he’s pulled him back and made no attempt to play the ball. Absolutely stonewall.
The problem for most other supporters (especially Liverpool) is that they think that City have to be smashing in shot after shot to regard a game as a thrashing.
This was potentially a 4 nil game. City controlled it. Liverpool had little moments but Pep changed formation and personnel to combat any problems. What did Klopp do during the game to try to win the game against a much superior opposition? His in game management appeared to be standing in his technical area shouting and looking baffled and maybe the odd hug.
Pep is a thinker, a coaching genius. The way he and his staff have handled this pandemic and the challenges it has brought have been quite remarkable. Liverpool can't live with City now. They are way further behind than the 10 point gap in the league table.

So based on your logic we all forget what happened in Heysel? Not happening.

Using Munich and Hillsboro as a tool to slag off fans is a thing of the past for the majority but what happened at Heysel should not be forgotten or not discussed.

Using Heysel to slag off every single Liverpool fan or the City of Liverpool is wrong but what happened there should not be forgotten and we should be able to mention it or talk about it.

I thought there were hints of it a while back when Mane got subbed off and he and Salah had a row. Can't remember who they were playing, but it wasn't us.

See, its things like this that make me not buy into the "conspiracy" / "bias" crap....when we had a poor run, and they start questioning City players too many people think there is some sort of vendetta....they say it about all clubs.
They say it to get reactions from listeners/readers

You're dead right. It's called "confirmation bias". People already believe there is a conspiracy against their club so they look at everything through that prism. They magnify anythign which appears to confirm that belief and ignore anything which disproves it.

You go on any other football forum this week and there will be fans going mad about the way the media supposedly fawn over Pep and now Foden and ignore their club.
