I recall one AFTV being broadcast the game was lost but they didn’t realise they where still broadcasting and they where more concerned with the money they had made that night ........ these channels ain’t got a clue and you can see what there fellow supporters think of them ...... look at Robbie from AFTV being attacked at various points from his fellow fans ...........

These channels rely on a few things:

Glory hungry supporter.
Supporter quick to anger when said glory isn't insant.
Supporters who don't go to games.
Supporters who rely purely on social media for footbal entertainment,
Twitter/meme banter boys who, for them, fan reaction is more important than 3 points.
Teams who lose a lot of games.


Guess which team currently ticks all those boxes when it comes to fans? It's not us.

Can think of two
 
Rashford gobbing off that United aren't bothered about City and their unbeaten run. But he had to talk about it, just like Ole. They are getting more and more vocal as the gap stays at 10 points and the games start to run out.

I genuinely can't believe they are as close as they are.
 
The Rags are in cloud cuckoo land , if they took one look at our squad and the age range there is only Dinho & Kun in the twilight of their careers , Gundo & KDB have a minimum 3 possibly 4 years at 29 years old , and the majority of our squad are approaching the peak of the careers.
We also have Pep for a few more years , Rags have some players at the right age but with little genuine quality and they dont have a coach to develop their players , Martial is the perfect example he joined at 19 years old and is just as shite six years later.
Its eight years since the Rags got a sniff of a title , and it will be quite a few more and quite possibly not in Baconfaces lifetime before they win another.

Talking about such matters just makes their manager and players exactly like their deluded supporters who can't separate fact from fiction.

worryingly when you consider last seasons effort, this seasons attempt, next season could, if all stays on track for them, be even closer.
I also still cant believe they are where they are with that clueless, gormless twat at the tiller. There must be a reason because it cant be football managerial nouse.

Penalties. Lots of penalties. Since Klippety had his rant and they stopped getting them we've gained something like 16 points on them.
That and our form stank the place out prior to Christmas. The Centurions team would be 19 clear at this stage even with all their penalties. They had more points that season.

I agree and disagree. They have a lot of very good players, which is to be expected for the amount of money they have spent. Most of their team would get in 90% of the other teams in the league. If they had the right manager they would be a real threat. I for one want them to continue to be second or third and to keep Ole, if they drop off and get a Rogers or some similar manager they could be very good.

It'll take more than a manager, their squad is ridiculously unbalanced, too many players signed for drastically different styles of play by drastically different managers. I'd worry more if they kept the paper boy for a good few seasons and gave him time to bring a bit of identity to the side.
We're now at the other end of the bell curve where the only players Guardiola hasn't brought to the club are the ones he wanted to keep as they were a stylistic fit and our DOF gives us consistency from manager to manager. They're not catching us anytime soon with Woodward making the decisions.
