Not offended. Just surprised that anyone would call them unknown.Relatively unknown I guess. At least from where I'm from. Sorry if anyone got offended.
It suggests only that losing Maddison for any length of time will damage them significantly.It depends how you view Leicester's Europa League exit, because both points are equally valid
Firstly, it suggests that Leicester flatter to deceive and don't have the resources to compete on all fronts
Alternatively, as they're now out of Europe, and could easily exit the FA Cup in the next Round, they don't necessarily require those resources, (which made a massive difference in 2015-16 when they won the PL)
Either way, it's ours to lose.
I wouldn't say that Slavia Prague are unknown.
Their centre-forward looks really good.I wouldn't say that Slavia Prague are unknown.
Slavia aren't a bad side tbf. Plus the Czech is central Europe :).That and Bodgers is less use than a chocolate toaster in Europe. Ask @Magicpole or any other Celtic fan.Leicester just got dicked by an unknown club from east Europe. And the rags won't go far enough before they start stumbling again. I hate to say that the title is ours to lose but as long as we can slug out tight contests, I feel a bit better about our chances. This season should be about the CL and proving a point to the corrupt cartel that is UEFA.
Leicester didn't lose because of any tactical problems. Rodgers is quite good at the organisational aspects of the game.Slavia aren't a bad side tbf. Plus the Czech is central Europe :).That and Bodgers is less use than a chocolate toaster in Europe. Ask @Magicpole or any other Celtic fan.
Have you seen his record in Europe? It just doesn't suit him.Leicester didn't lose because of any tactical problems. Rodgers is quite good at the organisational aspects of the game.
Fair enough.Its who finishes second is the stat you should be looking at mate.
And there have been quite a few in the low 70’s that finished runners up and on one occasion 68 was enough for Newcastle to do it.
Plus, the two lads that West Ham got from them, Coufal and Soucek, are doing okay.Their centre-forward looks really good.
I haven't but I imagine it's luck. He's a good coach. Celtic and Leicester are not big fish in Europe. Arguably Pep's record in the CL is poor given who he has coached but obviously this is down to luck and the things that happen in one-off games.Have you seen his record in Europe? Humiliated and out of the group with Liverpool, something like Celtic's first, second and third record all time defeats.I haven't but I imagine it's luck. He's a good coach. Don't think 72 would have actually done it in 10/11, Chelsea basically fucked the league off once the rags had it won, think we made up 6 or 7 points on them near the end to finish level.The second placed points totals in the last 10 seasons, reading from the 2010/11 season;

Averaging 81.7 pts. Didn't go back further than ten seasons as...
A. Too lazy! And
B. The standard of football, at least at the top end of the table, is arguably higher than in the decade before. Meaning more points are probably required to get a top two finish than in the preceding decade. In 4 of the last ten seasons, 80 pts would have been enough to win the title; twice, 72 pts would have done!
That's not true. He failed to sort our defence, every defensive signing was a disaster. This then was exposed by his tactics of trying to play the same way away from home against top class opposition. We beat Rangers 5.0 at home on one weekend and in midweek game against Barca lost heavily.Leicester didn't lose because of any tactical problems. Rodgers is quite good at the organisational aspects of the game.
just spent about 5 minutes trying to make a graph on excel, find a line of best fit, work out the standard deviation... I really do remember fuck all A level Maths. Basically I conclude we will win the league easilyThe second placed points totals in the last 10 seasons, reading from the 2010/11 season;
