That's right, although if he'd pinned her against a wall it would be the end of his career! He shouted at her as he passed her if I remember rightly.

I was going to report the BBC web page showing a combined rags - City team. Only 3 rag players! The ! is not an exclamation that they only get 3. Its for the 3. Slabhead instead of Stones WTF! The portuguese olympic diver instead of Rodri or Gundo! and Shaw, I might just give them Shaw. However, I went back a few minutes later to take a screen shot and it's disappeared. I know it was part of their morning review of football but that article normally stays up a bit longer. I am wondering how much abuse they got about it?

Ahh the good old BBC. they have a story that the FA are investigating an agent, Aidy Ward who is alleged to have bunged parents of a youngster 10 grand. If true totally illegal and he could be banned.
The next paragraph states that until last season Ward was Sterling's agent.
It is only later on they decide to mention the liarpool player he CURRENTLY manages. So much bitterness and so little class.

One thing that might happen is that older fans might not be able to get back for reasons you can imagine.
Instead of a sympathetic attitude that 'they watched the blues loyally for 60 years but old age or covid finally took them away at a time the team were dominating', our scummy press corps would make Emptihad jokes. In front of me a man died but his widow kept his seat on. Sometimes other members of the family use it but often it's empty.
Similarly next me a guy lost his wife and he kept her seat, sometimes using it sometimes selling it on. Both of them did this for last season and at least part of the one before it.
I look at these sometimes empty seats and am proud of those Blue families and the whole big City family. The shitty media opposite us would see empty seats and use them as a jibe.

Wasn't Shaw £34m? People gave them such an easy ride on that in comparison to Mendy, 3 years later. That's only a £5.5m per year rise for a staring Champions League left back and France international. It took them about 5 years to get good performances out of him after being injured.
