Our best midfield at this moment in time is rodri - Bernardo - Gundo. Sorry to say it but KDB needs to win his place back or play as the false 9. We have had no control of this game from the first minute.

I thought the carabao game was the penny dropping for Pep. But clearly not. Sterling shouldn’t be anywhere near the fucking side against United, especially on our left where wan bissaka has got him sussed out completely. And that’s without bringing up the two chances missed. We need a striker desperately in summer.

A stark reminder that this side can still be done in a big game like this. Opponents in Europe will do the exact same.
