Fulham (A) Post Match Thread

Reading Twitter before the game you would think Pep had just named Eddie Large and Curly Watts at Centre half and the two Gallagher Brothers in midfield, such was the reaction.
I thought we were playing Bayern Munich away with some people predicting we'd definitely not win the game after seeing the lineup.
It was Fulham lads, calm down.

Routine win in the end, poor first half but good second.

Don't like the three centre backs formation though, hopefully we don't see it in any big games between now and the end of May

Crap first half. But once we got the first goal, never in doubt. Put it to bed nicely.
Stones outstanding again.

Great 3 points and too good for Fulham with the 3 quick goals just after halftime.

The last 20 minutes was a bit odd. Seemed to be every man for himself, like when when you were a kid and suddenly when it was going dark there was a big game of footy and loads of kids who you didn't know turned up. And nobody would pass to the shit fat kid......Mendy.

What was the Jesus celebration about, phone call?

I am gonna start moaning about people in the post-match thread, moaning about the matchday thread. It’s the same every game. Seriously, if you don’t like people having a differing opinion, and the matchday thread offends you do much....don’t go in it.

That’s a great point you made in the match thread @Trevor Morley's Tache - about the ref deciding to give fouls against us once ‘it doesn’t matter’ and we are well on top. Almost as if it’s a statistical game, so when our games are looked at overall, there is no sign of bias. Very clever but also very sly.

More generally I thought Fulham deserved great credit for their energy levels - they must have a list of asthmatics too. I like them generally, and hope they stay up.

On we go. I did think FA Cup would be more difficult than our midweek, but interesting to read they got turned over by Burnley today.
