The quad talk is natural, it’s nearly April and we’re still in the three cup competitions and have the league won

it was the same for United in the 90s, I remember joyously celebrating Villa beating them in a Coca Cola cup final as all the talk was of them winning an unprecedented treble

We are not the best team in the world. None of it proven. Only one semi in Chimps League. It’s exactly why Pep doesn’t talk like that.

what big chances did they leave out?

They started it at 17 minutes. We turned them inside out for the first 10 with some brilliant high tempo passing. There may have been few chances but it was superb football.

they really only show incidents that lead to a shot on goal or a chance of some sort, they don’t show passing moves that lead to nothing

It was a shit game with two late goals giving us a deserved win. Aside from the goals Sterling had the games best chance which Virginia saved well which was shown
