I think we need an agent, ideally of Asian decent. Prep them with 20 questions to ask as they get the tour, where it’s clear they’re a City fan who has simply gone on the wrong tour by mistake.

- why don’t you have video or pics of Sergio’s title winning goal ?

- when did you paint the seats red, I preferred the blue color ?

- wheres the redeveloped local community area ?

- what happened to the state of the art training complex ?
