Definitely wouldn't have been reported had they lost
Is this the same Delaney who is chief football writer at The Independent? Which coincidentally has a Saudi major shareholder. Surely his integrity wouldn't allow him to constantly make barbs at our club about human rights abuses, whilst conveniently ignoring similar behaviour in Saudi ArabiaIt was, but it didn't need to bring Delaney into the discussion. His views, his intellect are both so lacking that anything he has to say has nugatory weight; other than as a means to mock the stupid ****.
In a game of human rights abuses Top Trump, Saudi Arabia blows everybody out of the water - except North Korea and the United States. Is this the same Delaney who is chief football writer at The Independent? I do hate this current trend to claim "History is Made" for events of relatively little importance. The first moon landing WAS historic, MU women at OT is not. Not all "Firsts" are historic, when my son "First" used the big toilet it was hardly historic!Wow, today is apparently a historic day. The BBC news have just told me otherwise I wouldn't have realised. Apparently the rag women are playing for the very first time at the swamp. I wonder if people will look back in years to come and say I will always remember where I was when I heard the news. I know I will.
Rugby commentator on 5Live:
'Just like Pep Guardiola's Barcelona or Man City; lose the ball commit the foul'.
WTF?
So your son using the toilet for the first time didn't get as much coverage as the rag women using it for the first time. :-)I do hate this current trend to claim "History is Made" for events of relatively little importance. Just their own club records. City's Premier League records remained intact.Sky sports ffs. What records were ‘ripped up’ then?

sadly worst title defence is definately us in 37-38Aye Liverpool ripped up the record books to cover for the fact that they didn't break any records.
Apart possibly for the most limp title defence since City in 1968-69. At least City won the Cup that season.
He did say since 1968/9 tbf and there’s no sadly about it - it’s one of our proudest records!sadly worst title defence is definately us in 37-38
