Just been on the caf, they're moaning like fuck about Mike Dean. Not one mention of the none penalty, tossers the lot of them.

Is it against covid19 guidelines for GPC to be at the game ? If he is still employed by utd what job is he doing on match day ?
Why cant he work from home ?
I can't think of any job that he does that would require him to be sat in the stadium watching a match.

But like driving on the hard shoulder utd just get away with so much .....scum

He's a non-executive director, so he's not part of first team staff, so he shouldn't be in the stadium.

And to think it was the same Mike Dean who sent two Southampton players off at the swamp, one which he got totally wrong and it got rescinded.

We all know that, but the rags are still pretending he's a non-exec. Now if they just came out and admitted he's DOF, which I believe he is (by all accounts that was basically his role from the early noughties on anyway with Phelan etc doing the day to day coaching) there wouldn't be an issue with his presence, but he's no more right to be there than say, the club shop staff.

You say that but just look what happened to liverpool last season when VAR, the fa etc decided liverpool should win the premiership. They even brought back the league after a 3 month rest, changed the rules , games broke into quarters, more subs. So yes a irrelevant team can become relevant again with help.
All of liverpool help has been transferred to utd this season or shared with liverpool !

They will be chuffed to bits if they can finish within 15 points of the Champions and they will consider that progress , next season will be no different , because the limitations of the paperboy can only get the Rags into the top four , the Rags are the new Wengers/Arsenal , top 4 is their holy grail . The Dippers will be better next season with the "best centre back in the world" returning and less injuries and they will be our main rivals.
The Rags know their level , playing Thursday nights.

That is true but teams like Brighton are being fucking shafted to keep these cunts where they are. Brighton have been shafted twice this season to the benefit of the rags.

I suppose the upside is it keeps Ole in the job and that’s what we all want. Still think they will fluke the Europa Losers Cup though with help of course
 
We just need to dominate them for 5 more years and the myth of their invincibility will begin to wear off. If they win the thursday cup it will spark renewed belief which we then need to crush into tiny pieces next season. Keep building better City ,keep winning trophies and keep Ole + the Glaziers.

The funny thing is they are not good enough with the GPC in charge to win the league but if he jack's it in they are in deep shit. I am old enough to remember when Busby retired but was allowed to hang around and influence everything. It doesnt work, you cannot cling on to the past. They have tried to replace the drunken fool and found they cant so instead of getting rid of him, they brought him back as puppet master.

It's harder not to win that tournament than it is to win it. Played absolutely no one of note the last time they won, its like having a Fifa all star team and playing in the National League. Their 500 million match day squad v Granada, wow what a tough game. Even the last round, playing a bang average Milan team who would not finish in the top half of the PL.
As for Ferguson from other posts, he is in the stands as he is still managing them with paperboy the front. I am sure they dusted him off around the time they started getting unbelievable incorrect decisions in their favour last season to get into the CL and have him wondering around, bumping into officials before each game

Bang on, even winning the Thursday cup will be blown out of all proportion by the media, I want them out of that asap. I want Chelsea and Leicester to improve (I would say Everton but only Jesus can work miracles) and push the bastards out into the wilderness.

Agreed, the best thing for us is have him still stinking the place up there. Every manager (too many to list for the non manager sacking club) has him overseeing them, in the stands every game. The best thing they can do is tell him thank you but now do not return and start fresh but luckily for us that wont happen

The myth of invincibility wore off a long time ago, how many of us on here were going mental that they managed to beat us in March? They are shit and gone full circle to the 80s when they were over hyped expensive and shite. They just need big Ron Atkinson in charge and the circle will be complete.
