He's a shit defender, always has been and probably always will be. Every left winger licks their lips when up against him. He has always had a decent cross in him, but so too did Kolarov who nobody (except maybe Kaz for different reasons) considered within a country mile of best in the world.
 
Looks like Liverpool has give the green light for media to ramp up Salah fee! Be surprised if anyone will pay more than 80m for the 30 year old!

Despite the media clamour about Alexander Armstrong's cross it was within inches of two defenders who might have got it with a bit of luck. Jota made the goal for himself - TAA put it into the right area for him to attack.

Jamie carragher said of Alexander arnold, after KDB "trent" is the best in the world at that right midfield position, I assume he meant the cancelo role, now I do think he is a very good player going forward, but to call him 2nd best in world football is a bit much, for me I wouldn't swap him for cancelo, who imo is the best all round right back in the Premier league and possibly Europe, I'm sure someone will put me straight on that, but I'm not sure if they will put me right with trent Alexander arnold
