2-2 with us leading, they scoring late to equalise on the night but we go through convincingly (I hope)
I watched half of the 2nd half of Stuttgart v Dortmund. Cracking end to end match which Dortmund won 3-2. Haaland did very little. Bellingham and Hummels went off. Hummels went off at half time before I started watching so I don't know if he was injured or not. I noticed they have a lot of young players. Knaupf (sp?) scored a good goal. They play without fear.
They will probably score against us because they are a confident side who do create a lot of chances but I fancy City to score against them too. I think Jesus, De Bruyne, Mahrez and Foden should do well.
I wonder how they are going to play this. Are they going to go for it totally from the Kick off or try and sneak a goal as they did at the Etihad? Either way we should win.
Watchin from behind the Sofa on Wednesday for me a la Dr Who in the 60s!Good question, do they go out straight from the off for the first goal. Other option is they let City switch into our natural game of possession and then stealing a goal through transitions. Going to an interesting 90 minutes as the quality from both sides on Tuesday was very good, at the same time hearts in mouth stuff.

Cancelo was poor last 2 to 3 matches, but I think he is a versatile player and he can support our midfield.I think it will be this but with zinchenko for cancelo, I hope ! He’s been poor for a good while now
Yep, really lively, energetic, young side. That is something that usually causes us problems due to our lack of pace. Aguero is injured and sadly his fitness levels are nowhere near for a game of this magnitude. Yep Sterling is way out of form but his pace is enough to frighten any defender , just think that the false / no number nine didn’t work in the first leg .Wouldn’t let sterling near this match after yesterday and he doesn’t deserve it either . I’m not that keen on Jesus playing either so I’d take a punt on kun if he is not injured again . Like to ferdy instead of Rodri for this one aswell .
his pace is frightening, but their defence can chill knowing his end product is fucking woefulAguero is injured and sadly his fitness levels are nowhere near for a game of this magnitude. when was the last time we came from behind and won a game. anyone know?Biggest worry here is going 1-0 down. We really don't seem to have it in us this season to turn these types of situations around.
Losing at half time doesn't bode wellBiggest worry here is going 1-0 down. We really don't seem to have it in us this season to turn these types of situations around.
