Cheaper option and he is their potential replacement to Grealish. Might as well kill two birds with one and he can still provide the cover for the rest.
......and the lad Davis? The dippers bought from Preston was to cover Van Dickhead........maybe we should have bought him as a cheaper alternative to Dias??(2 birds with 1 stone) ......yeah thought not ;)

Difference is we really needed Dias.

I've come around on Grealish, would definitely take him at City. He's a better player than I thought and I think we're missing a nasty bastard in the side. Outside of Fern we really don't have anyone who plays with that edge.

I think Haaland + Grealish + LB would be a dream summer window.

We would have to keep an eye on him around Kev. He's got a bit of an unhealthy obssession there. To
He isn't a nasty or dirty player but more a player who likes the grass too much. He won't buying anymore soft freekicks if he did sign for us.

Grealish could play through the middle but he’d be far more effective on the left. He’s like a right-footed cross between Bernardo/Mahrez.

Cheaper option and he is Villa's potential replacement to Grealish ( Cantwell would be more easier to move on if the move didn't completely work out). He too has experience in playing in the Premier League and has proved he is more than capable when he was playing against us for Norwich
And he also has a shit haircut

The reason why we are about to win our 3rd title in 4 years and closing in on perhaps our first champions league (and countless other cups trophies) whereas Liverpool are falling apart is because they pad their squad with average players like Shaqiri, Tsimikas etc. Whereas we buy top quality players even when we don't need to

Cantwell may be the better business decision but he's not close to Grealish's level and honestly can't see Cantwell being good enough whereas Grealish probably is

Grealish isn't nasty, but he is very savvy......he's also incredibly committed and has that unquenchable thirst to deliver.Couple that with his wonderful ability and you cant have enough of that mix.
Grealish is a one man team. If he can’t create, then he needs to be fouled to stop the game to avoid the opposition getting the ball. One would hope that he would be told not to do that here as we press and regain the ball quickly and score from those transitions.
