If we were in the stadium we would have banners, flags, scarves and the atmosphere would be electric, We are missing here too as well as the players. It's an opportunity for us to show our support for the achievements through out the year, Something I'm sure the staff and players would appreciate.

If we could guarantee that only blues - with the intention of supporting the players - would turn up then it’s a great idea. Unfortunately with it being so close to the rags debacle, the eyes of the world will be watching & waiting to jump on us.
We never get a fair hearing so I’m afraid this has all the ingredients for a disaster. We’d be chucked out of the final if it went wrong & there are enough jealous rags who’d do everything possible to orchestrate this outcome. City fans would naturally react & there would be violence- even though that was not our intention.
It’s NOT what the team need on the biggest night of their life.

I can't quite understand the negativity about this to be honest. A show of support from fans that haven't been able to go to games for over a year (other than a handful for the LC Final) would be a great contrast to what is happening just outside of Manchester right now.

The message all season has been to stay away from the grounds, why encourage the usual idiots to turn up who just do anything to get on SSN?

IMHO it’s all about numbers, if a few thousand City turn up to applaud the coach it’s very unlikely any dickhead Man Utd fans will turn up to cause trouble, they know they’d get battered, the numbers just don’t work out. If a few hundred City turn up then thats their opportunity.

Under normal circumstances I’d agree totally. But the rags think they’ve done something amazing by getting their game cancelled & are on a roll. Causing trouble for us would be the cherry on the cake. They’re not really bothered about ESL - they’re sick to death of not being top dog -& even worst for them is that we ARE top dog.
